The maximum limit on a week’s pay increases to £508.
The maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal where the effective date of termination falls on or after 6 April 2018 increases to £83,682.
The minimum basic award for dismissals for reasons of trade union membership or activities, health and safety duties, pension scheme trustee duties or acting as an employee representative or workforce representative increases to £6,203.
