We have been designing, building and hosting the Portal for more than a decade and as you would expect have become specialists in delivering first class platforms to resellers and their clients.

The Portal has always been popular with the legal and HR sectors due to the range of decks offered. In response to requests from resellers in different markets we are proud to have developed a wider set of decks making the Portal highly attractive to all sectors.

Technical helpdesk

We pride ourselves on providing excellent support because we know how infuriating it is if you can’t speak to a human being when you need to. So we always do our best to be available with on screen chat support (chat window) between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. If that doesn’t work for you, just log a message with our ticketing system which is always available on your screen. It’s a handy way to keep track of your enquiry and our reply


The Notifications Centre keeps you informed about your reminders, alerts, deadlines, upcoming diary entries, legal updates, document updates and GDPR request status. They are categorised either as ‘To do’ or ‘To know’ and are pushed to you via desktop, mobile and email.

We also use our Notifications Centre to tell you about upgrades and on the rare occasions where we plan to have scheduled downtime we give you advance notice.

Making the most of your account

We also publish Briefing Room which is available on your desktop and mobile app to help unlock the value of your account. It includes case studies and Deck profiles which you can share, like and comment on.

Support Centre

The Support Centre provides step-by-step guidance to using the Portal’s decks. When logged in to your account, you will find the link on the menu at the top of your screen and on each of the Deck pages (look for the question mark).


The Academy is a media library featuring support videos.

We also run live webinars so users can hear from other users and interact with the Helpdesk team. Let us know if you would like us to run a webinar on a particular topic and we will do our best to oblige.


We work with Sponsors and their clients.

Sponsors take a licence in order to resell the Portal to their own clients. The size of these Sponsors varies from large multinational firms working with hundreds of clients to individuals working with a small group of clients –  sometimes less than ten.

Our current Sponsors include Accountants, HR consultancies, Business Service Providers and several Law firms in the UK Legal 500. These Sponsors all share a common vision, they have a  commitment to quality and client centric solutions. Terms of Business

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.

Subscription Fees

Account subscriptions are charged in advance. The pre-payment period is one month. Charges are calculated automatically and full calculation details and totals are displayed on your screen before you buy. Fees are based on the number of employees your company has multiplied by the cost of the deck per month. These fees vary from 20p to £2 per employee. The basic PortalGO package is free.

Access to your account

Once a service is selected the fee is calculated by our fee calculator and displayed on the user’s screen or in an emailed quotation. When the price is accepted by the buyer, a subscription payment is taken and the user is given immediate access to the purchased item(s) via their Portal account.


Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation should be made via the user’s chosen payment gateway. Users will not be charged further subscription fees.

For example if a subscriber subscribes on the 10th of the month and cancels on the 11th of the following month a pre-paid payment will already have been taken. However, if they were to cancel on the 9th of the month (the day before the recurring payment is due) payment will not be taken and the account will be closed on the 10th.


Eledecks will not provide any refund for any remaining prepaid period of a subscription.
